A client thinks they are buying one day; the planner knows they are buying the weeks before it. Every template here names its handover window first, because that is the number the package actually hangs on, and the hours on site follow from it. Half is due on approval, which holds the date, and the balance before the event, which is the arrangement the trade already works to.
