How it gets paid
Paid in full on approval
This template asks for the whole amount when the client approves, which is how advisory and ongoing work is usually sold. The payment happens on the same link the proposal is on.
Card or bank transfer, and you choose which per deal. If you want a package to bill every month instead of once, you set that on the package itself when you build the deal, and the client can cancel it from their own link.
Prices are a starting point in Australian dollars. Change the figures, the inclusions and the number of packages to suit what you sell.

What approving the page records
These sit above the approve button. The client reads them, and approving records that they accepted them.
These terms cover the work you approve on this page.
- The quote. The price above covers the work described. If something else is found once the vehicle is opened up, the work stops and you are quoted before anything further is done.
- Parts. Parts are charged as quoted. Where a part has to be ordered, the deposit shown on this page covers it and is not refunded once the order is placed.
- Payment. The deposit is paid on approval and the balance when the work is finished. The vehicle is released once the balance is paid.
- Timing. Dates are estimates and depend on parts arriving. You are told as soon as a delay is known.
- Workmanship. Labour is guaranteed against faulty workmanship. Parts carry their manufacturer's warranty. Wear, prior damage and faults outside the quoted work are not covered.
- Collection. Please collect the vehicle within seven days of being told it is ready. Storage after that may be charged at the rate advised to you.
- Cancellation. If you cancel, you are charged for labour already performed and for parts already ordered.
