Owner-builder obligations
You contract each trade directly
Owner-building needs a permit (NSW) or certificate of consent (VIC), is limited to one project every 5 years, and is for a home you intend to live in. You contract each trade directly under NSW or Victorian home-building law: written contracts, deposit caps, and builder-supplied insurance on larger packages. SendScope is the marketplace, not a permit service, and does not prepare, hold, or guarantee these contracts.
